How does the process work?
Our process is unique in that it is very personalized and direct. We will meet with you for a free consultation to assess your needs and desires. From this, we will present our proposal. Once accepted, you may need to pay a deposit in order to secure the metals and / or stones needed for your piece. We will then manufacture the piece and present it to you. Once you are satisfied, you will pay the balance.
How can you offer a better product at a lower price than the big Jewellery stores?
By dealing directly with us, you are cutting out 80% of the Supply chain. Since we source our gold, diamonds and coloured gemstones from the most competitive supply sources, and design and manufacture the piece directly for you, we eliminate the Wholesaler, distributor, and most importantly the retailer, with their exorbitant rents to bring you a better finished product at a much lower price.

How can I be sure the piece I buy from you is what you say it is?
We insist that all clients take our pieces to independent jewellers to verify and value the piece independently of us. This way, there is no chance that we can mislead our clients. Invariably, this shows our clients the incredible value they have gotten from dealing with us.
Is there any guarantee?
We are very proud of our quality, and as such, we will not hesitate to attend to any complaint. If it is due to a flaw in the manufacture of the piece, it will be repaired at absolutely no cost to you.
